1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the DRP Supplies website and your purchase of wholesale pallets from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
DRP Supplies sells to resellers, traders and businesses only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for the purpose of resale or business use, not for personal consumption.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed excluding VAT (20%). VAT is added at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and cleared.
4. Product Descriptions & Manifests
We provide manifests for each pallet listing expected contents, quantities and estimated values. Manifests are a guide only — actual contents may vary. We do not guarantee specific brands, models or item conditions within a pallet unless explicitly stated.
5. Liquidation Stock Disclaimer
Our pallets contain liquidation, customer return, graded and refurbished stock. Items may have cosmetic damage, missing accessories or damaged packaging. This is reflected in the pricing. We do not accept returns for individual faulty items within a pallet.
6. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards), PayPal and bank transfer. Orders are dispatched only after payment has been received and cleared. Bank transfer orders may take 1-3 working days to clear.
7. Delivery
Delivery costs are calculated based on your delivery zone and added at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Returns
Our returns policy is available on our Returns page. Due to the nature of liquidation stock, returns are limited to pallets that arrive significantly different from the manifest or damaged in transit. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
DRP Supplies is not liable for any loss of profit, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of DRP Supplies and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective from the date they are posted on this page.
