Yes. Pallet deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours (8am-6pm).

Yes, you can request a specific delivery date. Please note this in your order or contact us after placing your order.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery. You can also contact the courier directly to rearrange using the tracking information provided.
Is delivery insured?
Yes, all pallet deliveries are fully insured during transit. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
